Returns Policy

At Poppies4Kits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible to return the item(s) under the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@poppies4kits.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Await confirmation and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

  3. Securely package the item(s), including a copy of your invoice and RA number.

  4. Ship the package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • If your return is rejected (e.g., item is used or damaged), we may send the item back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, refund, or repair.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
